THE MOTM ACTIVITY PROGRAMS


Milliken on the Move has a wide variety of recreation programs for older adults that promote physical activity, artistic expression, and social fun!  

We have exciting activities such as Badminton, Ballroom Dancing, Line Dancing, Table Tennis,  Health and Wellness exercises, various forms of Tai Chi exercises, Chinese Calligraphy, Healthy Cooking, Knitting Arts, Contract Bridge, Harmonica lessons, Music ensemble, Karaoke, Fitness Dance and much more!

MOTM offers several activities a day, 6 days a week!
