Lawn Bowling

Lawn Bowling is a game that can be played by all age groups.  The sport is low-impact and is recommended as a good form of exercise because most of the muscle groups of the body are used in the exercise. It is also an ideal sport for a lifetime of enjoyment. The objective of the game is to deliver your bowls closer to the jack (the small white ball) than your opponent in order to win the game. This is similar in some respects to curling or shuffleboard or bocce.  The game can be played with one to four players per team. Come and try it out with a friend!  What a great way to try the sport and meet some friendly people.  We hope to share our love of lawn bowling with you.

Yuanji Dance

Yuanji dance is an innovative exercise dance created by the fusion of Yuanji, martial arts, and dance. it was the result of the joint exploration and research by dancers, martial artists, medical scientists, and qigong experts. Yuanji dance integrates the essence of the static, dynamic, and massage benefits. it combines exercise with entertainment, dancing, and exercise. Yuanji dance does not involve the difficult stage movements of traditional dances and avoids the seriousness of exercises. the movement is simple, the form is lively, and our mind is relaxed. regardless of the movement of the meridians and qi, it relies on the acoustic effect of "Yuanji music" and dancing to harmonize the body and mind, coordinating viscera, and enhancing the flow of meridians.
